Villa TieVizinada is a family friendly villa which offers you everything you need for the best vacation for the entire family.

The Villa has 270 square meters and features 4 spacious and comfortable rooms (each with a separate bathroom, air conditioner and a TV), a fully equipped kitchen and an elegant living room while the outdoor area has a beautiful heated pool for relaxation with a projector and speakers above the pool. In addition, the Villa offers an indoor playroom with toys and a TV. For the youngest there is also a fenced playground with swings and a slide, a trampoline, table tennis and darts. The Villa provides all the necessary equipment needed for babies and small children (a cot, babybjorn swing, a carrier, baby chair, cutlery for babies, baby walker, baby bath, baby bath chair, etc).

The Villa offers floor heating and several air conditioners that cover all rooms and the playroom, which means it will keep you cool during the summer and warm in winter.

The Villa also provides office space which is separated from the living area and includes a desk and a monitor.

Villa TieVizinada is located in the heart of Istria, surrounded by beautiful hills and forests in the municipality of Vižinada, 300 meters above sea level and only 15 minutes from the Adriatic coast.

In addition to being close to the seacoast, the Villa is located near many excellent restaurants, taverns, wineries, amusement parks, aquaparks and other family facilities that will make your stay in Istria unforgettable (for the best recommendations, see other menus on our website). The most famous Istrian cities such as Rovinj, Poreč, Novigrad, Umag, Pazin and Pula are nearby, but the whole series of beautiful villages and municipalities should not be ignored, such as Motovun, Grožnjan, Višnjan, Buje, the bay of Lim and the unforgettable and unique Brijuni islands (national park). Villa TieVizinada is 45 minutes’ drive from Pula Airport, an hour and a half from Rijeka and Trieste Airports and three hours from Zagreb and Ljubljana Airports.

Route 1: If you are coming from the north and from the direction of the center of Vižinada, you must pass Restaurant Užanca on the right and enter the village of Ferenci. When you see a small church with two tall trees on the right side of the road then turn left up a few meters before the church. After that, turn into the first street on the left. After turning left, drive to the end of the road and the villa, on that road you will pass the small tavern Fatoric on the right and a little later the villa Ilmea on the left side of the street. In the end, you will pass the olive grove on the left on the macadam road, and right next to the olive grove is the villa. We wish you a pleasant stay.

Route 2: If you are coming from the south, from Višnjan, Baderna or Karojba, you must enter the village of Ferenci and pass on the right the turn for the Deklic winery, the Da Quinto tavern and the white bus station and when you see a small church with two large trees on the left side of the road, you should turn right up into the village. After that, turn into the first street on the left. After turning left, drive to the end of the road and the villa, on that road, you will pass the small tavern Fatoric on the right and a little later the villa Ilmea on the left side of the street.
