Payment and cancellation policy

Payment policy:

1. After we confirm the requested dates and the final price by email, the guest is obliged to pay 25% in advance. Once the advance payment is received, the reservation is confirmed.
2. The rest of the amount should be paid no later than 42 days (6 weeks) before the start of the rental period.

Cancellation policy:

1. If you cancel from the date of booking until 42 days before the start of the rental period we will keep your advance payment, unless we receive an alternative booking* for that period.
2. If you cancel from 42 days until 14 days (2 weeks) before the start of the rental period, we will keep 50% of the total amount, unless we receive an alternative booking* for that period.
3. If you cancel 14 days before the start of the rental period, we will keep 100% of the total amount, unless we receive an alternative booking* for that period.
   *An alternative booking can be a reservation from our side or yours. This implies a reservation on similar dates to the original booking (+/-1 day). In that case, we will return the money to your bank account immediately after receiving the payment for that reservation.

Additional surcharges (fees):
Heated pool* fee 250€ per week
Pet fee 150€ for each pet
Refundable security deposit 500€ (bank transfer or cash)

*Pool temperature can be increased by approximately up to 6°C above 24-hour average outdoor temperature.
